Great App with Unlimited Potential
I’ve been very impressed with the app, and I’ve had very limited issues and some crashes from the app. Any issues that I’ve had have been resolved, almost immediately from the support team. I love that I can connect it with any app on the world and have integrations.
Meh.
My advice is to do your research when looking for a business texting service. I landed on salesmsg a couple years ago, and have to say it’s just ok. The customer service is terrible, it has had poor app function throughout the entire 2 years, and it doesn’t have nearly enough features that other services offer. I thought I was stuck with a sub par service since I already had a phone number, and once I realized I could port it over to another service, I jumped at the chance, even though it ended up costing me several hundred dollars.
Nice addition to salesmessage app
Salesmessage is a browser based app which allowed us to get texts on our landline. This iOS app is a great addition since we are on the go.
Update: 10-22 - this app has updated several times with more and more features. It is a key part of our business daily.

Thanks for the feedback. We actually have “saved replies” in the mobile app already! 🤩
On the conversation, just click the chat icon with the plus button to pull down the Saved Replies (Canned Responses) you’ve created to insert in your texts.
