Not the best

Had used square at my previous job & it was MUCH more convenient. This app is more difficult to manage due to it not being “phone” friendly. The system itself on a computer is extremely easy + efficient, however on your phone it does not keep you logged in - even if you select ‘remember me’ EVERY TIME. & 2 minutes later you have to log back in & type everything in all over again. It’s super tiny on the phone so you have to continuously zoom in and out, and rescheduling someone or moving them to a different time throughout the day is more of a hassle than it should be - Splurge for your own sanity and go with square - especially if you tend to have a super busy schedule.

Needs updated

If this app would work like the internet version. It would be more user friendly. I try to open up blocks of time in my schedule and it marks off different times then what I want.
The internet version always you to click and drag to an open place in the schedule. The app starts the process and then does not let the grid move behind the appointment you are trying to move. Both move together making it next to impossible to move a person up in the schedule.

Look at how the internet model works and move it to your app. Other than appointment issues, which is a big problem… I would say the app isn’t all that bad!

Terrible since last update.

The salon I work at uses this salon software, but there have been many times after an update when there are a lot of kinks to work out. This latest update, which was weeks ago, has been very frustrating. The screen gets locked and I cannot scroll up and down, nor left and right on the screen. This is especially frustrating if I am in front of a customer trying to schedule their next appointment, I just have to stand there griping that the system is locked up. I have tried deleting and re-loading the app multiple times but that has not made any difference.
