The Other Review on Here is Furthest From a The Truth

It is sad when someone that does not know how to use what sounds like a smartphone, let alone an app, gives a great small independent business a one star review. The app is perfect for what it is meant to do which is to book classes for this one particular yoga studio. Making a name unique to yourself is actually good as their are usually a lot of people with the same names. Also pricing policies are inside the studio and have not sprung out of nowhere forcing you to all the sudden agree to pay more money that you had agreed to. I think this person either works for a large gym and is threatened by small businesses or is not able to understand basic tasks that are done is an app. You hurt small business when you attack it publicly for such dishonest and tasteless reasons.

Unfriendly app

The update of the app has created obstacles where there were none for me. First i have to sign in every time which I have not had to do. Then twice it would not accept my password although I had just reset it. Then I had to agree to new terms and conditions about my membership that were sudden, as well it seemed to be higher than my current monthly charge There was no notification of a fee increase prior to this prompt which would not let me move forward and book my class until I agreed to these new terms. It took me two days and two emails to book one class. And then this made me pick a nickname which took several attempts.
