The Scanning App by Materialise (SAM) allows you to quickly analyze your patient’s feet, lasts, foam boxes, and more, transforming your Ipad or mobile into a portable scanning device. With SAM, you can effortlessly capture 3D images of different foot or leg protocols using the TrueDepth camera on your device without bulky and expensive equipment.
Accurately scan your subject with SAM and use the footscan desktop software to gain better visual insights and design custom 3D-printed phits orthotics. Plus, texture overlays allow you to see underlying conditions such as ulcers, corns, calluses, and other wounds. Digitalize your orthotics data anytime, anywhere, with SAM.
