Select a transit stop, a public place, an address or tap directly on the map to set your pickup/drop-off points.

Set your trip date and departure/arrival time and let Ride Plus provide you with the best route for your destination.

In-app notifications will keep you posted on the exact time of pickup.

You will be able to track the vehicle in real-time on the map and see the remaining time before pickup.

Once onboard, sit back and relax. Ride Plus will get you to your destination as quickly as possible.

Since Ride Plus is a transit rideshare service, you will share your trip with fellow riders.

From your phone you can easily: book multiple rides at a time, change or cancel a ride, schedule them in advance and save them to your phone's calendar.

You will also have access to useful information about our service and tips on how to use it efficiently.

Amazing and expand

I like this service that drivers and operators are great the shuttles are clean and new I just wish that you would allow the shuttles could go to places like Palo Alto and Menlo Park

Growing pains?

While logistical problems can be understood, inconvenience to the riders cannot. Our pick up was “modified” 3 times by this service, pushing back the estimated time by an hour. And then they left a “We’re waiting” voice message when they discovered we’d found alternative transit. Understandable, but there was no way to contact them, modify or cancel the pickup on the riders’ side, when their lateness render their service useless. It seems a well intentioned service, but needs to be improved.
