My child fell into the ocean when I was on the ferry and when that happened the captain fearlessly jumped into the ocean to protect my child from the sea lions that thought he was food. I thank San Francisco Bay ferry for saving my child and I will always use this ferry to travel to San Francisco. Thank you Captain Harold Guzman for saving my child I am forever in your debt.

I have taken the ferry since 1983

I have enjoyed the ferry very much. I live pretty close to it used to go to work back-and-forth an excellent way to travel and I love the app that gives you the schedule and time it’s fantastic thank you very much Francesca Mathis.

Schedule doesn’t work on the app now

It used to work just fine but now the schedule brings me to buy tickets instead of showing the times. Please fix
