Appointment calendar not working

Since the last update, I can no longer add appointments to my calendar. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I have tried on my iPad as well. I have the most recent updates on my iOS and app updates are all applied.

I can view appointments but no matter if I pick include details or appointment only, it will show the Caleb details but their is no save button or anything to select. Then I am locked into that section and the only way out is to close the app and reopen.

I saw someone posted on Dec 21 of the same problem.

Ok app, annoying notifications

This is a nice app that provides a lot of functionality, including communication with my doctor and nurse. My only negative comment is that it sends email notices saying to check the app for new info even after I have looked at the info, several times. Very annoying.
I turned notifications off.

Can’t log in

The app will not let me log in to my account. I have enabled both Face ID and a 4 digit passcode. As well as logging on with my regular credentials. Every time I try it says, “login failed, there was a problem communicating with the server. Please try again later”. I like the app when it works but it’s quite frustrating to use. In addition I can no longer start a conversation with my primary care doctor. It only allows me to look at info for my old doctor despite also showing my old messages (that I cannot reply to either)
