Useful app - great people
The day before notifications are a game changer. Such a smart and helpful feature. But it’s the folks at SaniPac that make my experience better. They are friendly & efficient, and give great customer service.
Very useful, quality service
Sanipac the service is amazing, great crew and great work!
This app is also very useful. I feel like it generally is a little sluggish, and some of the features do not seem fully functional. Otherwise, being notified about garbage and which pick up is happening in a current week is excellent.
Helpful App, but
Really like being reminded of what is being picked up when and If there’s going to be delays because of holidays or weather. Would Really Like to be notified when my bill is due though the App because the e-mail notifications don’t stand out amongst the overwhelming majority of spam I get. I would give the App 4⭐️s if that was done, 5 of I could efficiently pay my bill though the App. Chris- Springfield OR.
