Sleepy in Soquel ,

Doesn’t work on iPhone 6

I can’t report graffiti, the report issue tab won’t work. I have to wait until I get home to use my iPad. In the past I’ve been told I can’t report because I live in Capitola although I’ve had the same address in Soquel for 20 years. No place on the app to report problems with the app.
The app is a great idea but needs fixing.

I love this app!

I report graffiti to it A LOT. Graffiti is fixed within 1-2 days. I report pot poles (one fixed by 11am when they got report in the morning), shrubs to be trimmed so signs can be seen, storm damage, dead deer and 20 other needs. I love the MySCCounty app! Whoever made it deserves a raise.

Requires Internet just to Open

This app is a great idea theoretically but poorly executed. I have often tried to report incidents on my drive home but the app requires an active internet connection just to open. Given that many roads in the Santa Cruz county are in the mountain or other areas of low coverages reporting is simply not possible. That app should open and register your coordinates wherever u are and the report would be sent whenever the phone re-connects again. No brainier!
