Before you start
Download the Santander International Mobile Banking App.
Log on to Santander Internet Banking and click on the link to register for Mobile Banking.
We’ll send a One Time Passcode to the mobile number or Email address that’s registered to your account.
A QR Code will be generated and shown on the screen.

Once that’s done, it takes just a few minutes to get started with Mobile Banking.

1. Open the app and scan the QR Code that is shown on the Internet banking screen.
2. You will be asked to enter a new PIN.
3. We’ll ask if you want to set up Touch ID or Face ID to log on. (Depending on your device).

And that’s it, you’re in.

Remember…
• Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) with another person. Not even a Santander employee.
• Never download software or let anyone log on to your computer or devices remotely following or during a cold call.
• Never enter your Online Banking details after clicking on a link in an email or text message.

Santander Mobile Banking will not run on devices that have been jailbroken.

Please make sure you have the latest Apple software on your phone so that our app runs smoothly. Your device will need to be running iOS version 10 or above to use this app. If you are unable to update to this version, please log on to Santander Online Banking to access your accounts.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with our Mobile Banking app. Please log on to Online Banking and follow the registration process for the app which will give you a QR code. I like the look and feel of this app. Biometrics work well, provides all the functionality I need without any issues

App stopped working after update

App stopped working after latest update. Saying incorrect pass code which I am sure is correct. Generating a security code does not work either and not really sure of how that would be a very secure option to have on an app. The security code should perhaps be emailed, rather than showing up within the app? This is the second time this app is telling me that I am entering incorrect pass code. First time over, I had to call the bank, delete the app and re-register again. I guess I’ll have to do the same again - if I even bother doing it. Dissatisfied

Hi, sorry to hear that you're not happy with the app. For security reasons we can't send anything via email as we need to protect your personal data. If you have forgotten your 6-digit PIN then you will need to call us so that we can set you up on the app again. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause but this is for the security of your personal and financial information.
