Use satellite in addition to your existing mobile connection. You make calls as you know it and can be reached on your satellite by everyone who uses satellite too - whether its friends, family or business-contacts.

Several hundreds of thousands of users are using satellite.

We developed satellite from scratch and even founded our own telephone company. satellite offers much more than the usual VoIP apps and makes you really independent.

Notes on in-app purchase:

With Flatrate+ you can make unlimited calls to the mobile/fixed networks of 60 countries around the world. You will also receive regular add-ons to existing basic functions. For example:
- record and manage your own voicemail greetings in the app
- multi-level profiles for reachability. Ringtone, voicemail greeting and call notification can be easily customized according to the situation.

The subscription is concluded via in-app purchase and costs 4.99 € per month.

- The 4,99 € are billed monthly via your iTunes account.
- The subscription is automatically renewed one day before the end of the month. You can cancel at any time in the App Store or in the system settings of your iPhone.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the end of the month, the subscription will be renewed again and 4,99 € will be charged for the last time.
- After the end of the subscription you will switch to the free basic version of satellite. Your settings and data will be applied.

You are out of luck when Satellite Service does not work

When Satellite Service works, it is excellent. However, when it does not work, customer service is nonexistent. I have reached out to your customer service help directly several times and have not received any reply other than an automated reply. Very disappointing. Instead of replying to feedback on the App Store maybe it would be a good idea to actually help customers in need. Just saying.

In case of telephony problems it is always helpful to send us a message to help@satellite.me. Because most of the time we can find the cause and fix the error. Just give it a try!

Feed back and new inbox

Satellite use to be a good app but then they started to ask for feedback after every call. Once a year would be really enough people. The new Inbox is a nightmare. I wish they had an option to stay with the old UI or at least made it so it’s less click and simple and less flashy colors.
