SatSat 4+

This is an awesome app. It is now crashing while trying to add more sats, but I believe the developer is currently fixing this issue. App is very easy to use. I wish it had a “satellite seeker” mode that would show any satellite in your view within the next hour or so. (Filterable) I have a satellite program on my laptop that does this, but I don’t want to carry that out and about. Can’t say enough about SatSat. So easy to use and the developer offers a dark mode with red colors to help maintain a dark adapted eye. Some thought was put into this one folks! Give it a try!

I am new to the field of amateur radio satellites. I almost didn’t download this app because I figured one wouldn’t get much for free. In a word it is fantastic. I am so pleased with it and glad I am using it for satellite work. Why spend $5 or $10 for a program when this app gives you everything you need to track satellites. If you’re new to amateur radio satellites I absolutely recommend you use this program.

I’ve tried many Satellite tracking apps, but love this one by far. It does most of what I need it to do. It’s simple and easy to setup. I have recommended it many times to others that are looking for which app is the best.

My suggestion for one improvement that would be helpful as a Sat Op is an elevation minimum setting that can be used to filter the calendar of Sat passes. It could be configured in settings or applied from the calendar section. Store a value and apply to calendar results. It would be handy to have as it would allow me to see all the passes i I’m interested in working for that day.
