First things firsts 5 stars easy on a lot of levels; more due to the company, the actual unit, and customer service …

The app itself however works perfectly fine, love some of the guided breathwork sessions … but lacks a real interface with the sauna go unit, can set up a sessions but can hardly control a sessions outside of the original set up. No way to increase time or temp to extend or even cancel a session you don’t want tracked…would love to see these features added if possible of course

Since getting the App, everything has worked flawlessly. Setup was also a breeze and everything connected the first time. I like being able to set the time and temp from my phone. The built in music and meditations are a neat feature too.
