App is just ok says sign up today for $5 off but you have to spend $75 to get that which is a terrible deal.
There should be more of an urgency to fix this
App and restaurant advertise $5 reward on your next visit after signing up - that reward is never issued. Now the app shows I have a free cheese curd and shake and when you try to redeem either of those rewards it says “There are no items available at the moment. Please try again later or contact administrator.” Why do I feel like after I spend $75 the $5 reward is going to say the same thing? Not a way to keep customers. People that feel scammed aren’t usually repeat customers.
Scammers
You spend money for rewards but app doesn’t allow you to redeem it. Went to the stores in Westland and garden city michigan and the managers told me there’s nothing that can be done. Seems like a scam for monitoring spend habits and collecting personal info.
