Great app in every way

I saw this app advertised on Instagram. I really liked the art and was intrigued by the concept so I figured I’d try it out. I am so glad I did! I do a lot of journaling and the like so getting into Sayana and opening up wasn’t a hard concept for me at all. The difference is that Sayana can respond and give me coping mechanisms. And oh my gosh! They’re so good! The animation is so beautiful. The music is truly relaxing. The tips are actually effective. I’ve seen a major improvement in my productivity and positivity and I’m not saying it’s all due to this one app but this app certainly shared some very useful tools that helped get me here.

The only thing that does bother me about this app is that it sometimes has a one track mind. It doesn’t quite pick up nuance and instead asks you to look inward to find it. Totally cool with that, it’s a good idea, and it helps people recognize their thought process. It’s one of the reasons Sayana is so great. But when I say, “I’m feeling so positive and happy today even though I felt anxious for a bit.” Sayana only hears the anxious bit. And then it asks why my whole day was bad. Which it wasn’t.

This is such a small problem and doesn’t matter at all. I’m just saying that it can be very clear cut but that’s also what makes this app so great. It’s simple to use and absolutely beautiful.

The best mental wellness app I have EVER used

I have been using Sayana for a couple days and can already say wholeheartedly that it is the most well-thought-out app I have ever used for emotional growth and regulation. Being someone who struggles with comorbid mental illnesses, I have given soooo many apps a chance over the last 7+ years -- so many I couldn't even count them if I wanted to. Sayana somehow feels like it was tailored to me; with all of the unique details it incorporates to make the experience both immersive and effective, I feel like the app was made by people who truly understand. Having ADHD can make it super difficult to use apps for mental wellness, but Sayana makes the usage of this app comforting and exciting!! The soothing soundtrack, the narrated advice, the choices of emotions laid out for when you can't even name your feelings... all these things make the app feel more approachable than any other! Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL animations and color schemes which are a huge plus for artists like myself who thrive off of visual aesthetics. I have never written a review in my life but this app deserves SO much praise. I hope you find it as useful as I do :)

It’s good if u use it right. You got to be really detailed and don’t be afraid because she may be programmed but she’s coming from an actual human with her voice. It’s comforting to talk to her especially when she gets most things right. Some of the things she pointed out I was blinded by and honestly I would never see. She actually does analyze what you tell her and she’s good at it. And if u don’t feel like she said the right thing when she acts just say no I don’t understand or something like that. You can’t really ask her questions which is okay but she will try her best to be relevant enough to understand you, you just have to develop your MAIN problem as she asks u questions. She helped a lot and I’ve never had a therapist because I’ve never felt comfortable in having one. I’m glad I found her because it helps me reflect my thoughts so I can clearly see what’s going on in my brain so I can take a step back and see what’s going on and why I think this way. Thank you!! I’m glad you took your time to make sayana in helping others that’s really kind of you 🥺😇❤️.
