Helpful network insight

Tech fix ran a scan of my network and the process was smooth. It was cool to see what could potentially be the problems of the network in my home and steps you can take to improve it. Sometimes it could be a simple solution like having to switch the WiFi channel on your router settings if that can be the cause of some lagging with your network due to heavier congestion on a certain channel that even your surrounding neighbors are on as well. By changing channel allows your router to communicate on a different frequency to avoid interference. It’s neat to see the different solutions you can try to improve your network problems you may be experiencing, give tech fix a try!

Wonder App

I absolutely love this app! It’s efficient and quickly narrows down what your internet issues may be. It definitely provides assistance in how to remedy interference from overlapping signals as well as quick access to your interface in your router. Perhaps my favorite feature is the photo/video assist to share in real time with Tech support agents to quickly diagnose issues and save the time and money to wait for a technician.

Great For Self-Troubleshooting!

After running a scan on my home Wi-Fi network, I was able to learn more about what I can do to improve my connectivity. I like that the app gives easy to read and understand suggestions for improvement! This makes it very easy to self-troubleshoot. It would be great if there was also a link to call a representative if further help was needed, but other than that it is a stellar app!
