Enter Scarlet. Scarlet is a personal issue tracker that saves to a file that you can include in your project directory, or anywhere you prefer. No accounts, no cloud services, no syncing, no third-party integration. Just a simple place to file away your project's to-dos and close them when they're complete.
Add tags to an issue to help organize things, and that's it — it really couldn't be simpler.
Try all the features of the app for free with a limit to the number of issues supported, or unlock the full, unlimited version across iPhone, iPad and Mac with a simple, single in-app purchase to support future development.

Easy to use bug tracking
Scarlet was easy to set up and use for my simple bug/issue tracking. The data is all saved as a JSON file that can be anywhere. It's straightforward and easy to use.
Looks great! Loses data.
It's literally only 1 star because it loses issues' names randomly when just browsing your issues. Permanent data loss just by reading your tracker.
0 utility at the moment, but I'll keep it installed hopeing for an update with a fix.

Data loss is the most frustrating kind of bug, and I completely rearchitected a core component in the latest update (v1.0.2) to fix this issue along multiple axes.
