HOW TO PLAY SHEEPSHEAD
In the trick-taking game Sheepshead, you aim to win the most valuable cards with the most eyes for your team. Often, you will only find out during play who is part of your team. So, you need to stay on guard! Different game modes and optional announcements can additionally affect your game. After playing all cards, you check which team wins and gains points. The defeated team gets penalty points.

New in this version:

- Added a new player invite system including rewards.
- Fixed rare issues with invisible cards.
- Addressed issues regarding ad banner placement.
- Improved currency display in the shop.
- Fixed overlapping popups and ads.
- If a player selects an ad while waiting for others, they are no longer displayed as waiting now.

Good game.

Instructions are a little unclear. That may be because I’m used to playing sheepshead where rules are slightly different - for example diamonds are trump rather than hearts. But I think there are also some language translation issues. For example took me a while to figure out Ober and Unter were queens and kings and that “plain” cards were what we call “fail”. But overall I like the game because you’re playing against real people - like Yahoo used to have.

New version is awful

They forced me to update to the “latest version” full of garbage ads that waste my time and are terrible. This was a pretty good game prior to this “new” ad-sponsored version. There are really some long and loud annoying ads in this new version. Used to be you could play a quick game but now this experience is completely ruined by horrible advertisements that you will have no interest in. New version makes you sit through these awful things that take over your device and come with awful sounds that occasionally play while your engaged in the game. I strongly encourage the developers to remove this garbage from what was a great app. Oh - they do advertise that you can pay to remove the ads. I suggest that you find something better to do with your time. Really ruined this as of late and so user beware - this app has knuckled under to middle managers who just want your money. Stay away!

Best sheepshead app available

Excellent competition from real players. Good set-up, very customizable preferences. Plenty of game types to choose from. Always tables open all of the time. And no problems with 'dead' tables. Even if the server has to take over for a hand or two, it is good logical play. I log in at least twice every day to play. Totally addicted.
