Scheduled Text Later | Fext 4+

I bought the $9.99 subscription and I didn’t even get the credits. I used to live using this application but when I ran out of free credits I decided to actually buy the subscription and the purchase went through because I was charged 9.99 but did not review my 100 sms text messages. I have no idea who to get in touch with regarding this but if you’re like me and loved using their first free sms credits don’t bother getting the subscription. They will just take the money out of your account and not even credit your account. Thanks :/

After writing the above, I’ve gotten in touch with the company and sorted everything out. Very fast response time and they were able to fix the issue. Overall I’m very satisfied with this application and the customer service. I only wish it was possible to buy the app instead of having a subscription but with that being said I still greatly enjoy this app, and will continue to use this app daily. I truly love it! Thank you again!

The issue was intermittent and is now fixed :) We would love to make it without subscriptions, however, due to text messages having a cost to us we had to go down this path.

So the app does send a future text, but... it doesn’t come from your number, it has an ad for fext after your text message unless u want to pay money, and you don’t see the conversation in your message app, only the text that was sent in fext. So I’d give it a 4 star. I rather see ads than spam my contacts with a random number and ad. So the only person I use this with is my husband who is aware of the social faux pas Fext App forces you to make.

On the review page right before you send the future text, you can see what number it will come from and what it will look like for the receiver. You can change every part of it, and as you mentioned some of them do require an upgrade. Without an upgrade, you can send as many free future texts as you'd like and these options are how we justify some of the costs of free use.

Your feedback is very valuable as we've been working on adding the ability to receive messages in a conversation. Once that is released you will be able to pick a phone number that is yours, be able to receive messages and see the messages in a conversation.

I’ve had this app for over a year and recently they began taking my subscription money, and then “disabling my account by administrator” Over and Over this happened. I have been given no reason for their unexplained actions and have become increasingly frustrated by their lack of communication, and frankly by their inability to operate their own website and app. There are other services that do a much better job in this dying nichè market (iPhone sends delayed texts now for free 🙄)
However, instead of reducing their prices due to increasing competition, they have increased them significantly.
Wouldn't be trying to squeeze the last few drops of revenue from a website and an App that they know won’t exist in 6 more months?

We did a double check and did not find any requests that were not from confirmed bad actors.

iPhone does not send delayed texts, however, you can use Shortcuts with major caveats to achieve this. We are the market leader in features, pricing and support.
