The most recent update (temporarily rolled back) is just awful. Slow to load, less useful, and loaded with features I’ll never use. It feels like it’s for stage performers and schools. I’m just trying to get my client’s info and see my calendar, and the app wants me to schedule classes. Digging through pages and unnecessary info when I’m busy makes me want a new scheduling app. There should be separate versions with different focuses or the ability to toggle “features” off.

Sure do appreciate your detailed feedback. Even when it's painful, it's valuable for us to understand what we can improve on—and what we might not be able to. For years, one of our top requests has been to bring the full functionality of the full website to the app. Thus, this new app.

We are working to make some of the most common workflows (like booking an appointment or accessing client details) more intuitive, so I do hope that helps when we release again in a couple weeks.

This app is simple and yet has everything I need to run my massage practice, workshops and classes- clear and intuitive and most importantly has incredibly responsive customer service- whenever Ive had a question or issue (very rarely over the last decade of using it) the folks at schedulicity get back to me within an hour (usually faster) and are real humans who actually solve the issue or answer my questions. When the covid lockdown hit- schedulicity didn’t charge us for a year!! They’ve earned my loyalty many times over and I’m very happy with them.

This brought tears of appreciation to many eyes! We're fortunate to be surrounded by wonderful people, serving their communities in meaningful ways, that's for sure. And my goodness, going through that lock down together is something our team will never forget! It really meant a lot to get to communicate over the air waves with you over the years.

In the most recent update, the app now resembles how it looks in a browser window, but worse. I’m only able to see 3 days of schedules at a time, or three team members at a time. And I’ve lost the ability to text a client from their schedulicity profile, which I did quite often. It really hinders a process that wasn’t really broke to begin with. The only positive is that now I’m able to see booking information that was previously not shown in the app, only in a browser

Thanks to everyone who's reached out to share their questions and concerns with our recent app update, we've temporarily rolled back the update. This means you'll be able to access the previous app for the time being while we work through making our update more enjoyable. We’ll move forward with this new app once we’ve gathered as much detail as we can about which improvements are needed. We are excited about all the additional functionality the updated app will offer, and once we’ve worked this all out we are hopeful you will be too.
