We have upgraded our infrastructure to significantly reduce the time required for app updates. This improvement means faster updates, allowing you to enjoy the latest features and fixes with minimal downtime.

We are introducing the Comms AI feature to all clients on the Platform! You will now notice a 'purple sparkle' button in relevant sections of the interface. Simply click it to generate a suggested response tailored to your needs.

Auto-Drafted Suggestions For an even more streamlined experience, clients can now opt to have suggestions automatically drafted when opening a record. This feature uses the power of AI to help you save time and effort, delivering relevant responses without the need for manual input.

Can’t download app-

Can’t download the app. When I download the app, it asked for an immediate update. The update does not update too slow. Not a very well performing app.

We are always optimizing and adding new features to our app, so on occasion there can be an additional update even after downloading a version from the app store. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns, I would love to dive in and see what is preventing you from downloading our app.
