Why do we still have these problems rather tech glitches on a monthly basis...the app takes so long to load/funds unavailable while money is deposited/atm machines in Jamaica still failing...and the list could go on. Get it together Scotia, I am beginning to wonder if you guys are planning to throw in the towel soon. Invest invest invest back into your systems bc if you don’t customers will be going elsewhere. Are you guys not seeing the app rating here???

A more productive feature was removed!

I dislike some changes made to the new app. As a long time user, I was previously able to pay my employees using the third party transfer feature. Upon submitting the transfer, the confirmation note would display the amount transfer while not showing the balance remaining in my account. This way, I was able provide evidence to my employee of the amount that was transferred. Now all that is showing in the confirmation note is a vague note saying a transfer was done and showing the balance in MY account. This benefits no one and is quite frankly counter productive. Kindly adjust and put back this key feature. I do not need my employee to see how much is in my account but rather, how much I transferred. Thank you.

Incomplete functionality

The Scotiabank Caribbean app is a handy tool for mobile banking. It appears that the app was not fully tested for full functionality, and I did not find an option to contact the developer from the App Store.

After making a payment from the app, it is sometimes necessary to download a copy of the receipt for the transaction. Clicking on the download option besides the transaction results in the display of a white screen where the session ends. There is no option to go back unless you sign in again. If a receipt cannot be downloaded, then the option should be removed or fixed.
