Strong passwords not supported
Dear Scotiabank MX,
Wouldn’t it be time that your app and website finally starts supporting strong passwords and not only alphanumeric characters? Especially at a bank, clients should be able to use characters like #%!?@.
Not Ready for Prime Time
The basic functions work just as any other banking app. A big differentiator for me is the app ability to create transaction tokens. It’s been ~1.5 months and the app can’t facilitate this function, it continues to be unavailable, very unacceptable in my mind. I can’t make any use of this application if one can’t make transactions to other banks, pay services, or even view a monthly statement (which too requires a token). Hopefully soon this app can level off with the ones from other banks like BBVA, CitiBank, right now it’s below my expectations.
User constantly blocked. APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
All week I’ve been trying to make a transfer and my account is blocked. I have to call customer service in order to have my account reactivated and the next transfer attempt it’s blocked again. Customer service representative asked me to reinstall the app and even doing that my user is blocked again after a transfer attempt. FIX THIS ASAP.
