We’ve been listening to your feedback and have made some improvements. This release focuses on enhancements to the registration and login experience, allowing you to save your login details for faster retrieval in the future.

Well Done, Easy to Use
Well designed ticketing app, easy to use. You can use Apple Pay to buy your ticket, and don’t have to enter your credit card info. You can download an e-ticket to your phone, and skip the ticket machine at the station. If you want to manage your account details, you are redirected to the ScotRail website. Hopefully they will integrate the account management features in the next version!
First time
This was my first time using the app, and it could not have been any easier. Took me a less than two minutes to get a return ticket.
What more could you ask for a travel app?
Easy to download and use
As a woman from Southern California who only rides the train when traveling abroad, the app and instructions were easy to download and use. At age 62, I am always grateful for easy to use apps!
