Awesome app

I’ve been using various mental health apps, but this one stands out as truly unique and creative. It goes beyond the typical methods and offers the ability to express my feelings through drawing and recording. This creative approach has been a game-changer for me in managing my mental health. I understand it’s a new app and might need some tweaks, but all in all, it’s an awesome app that’s definitely worth giving a try!

For me & my daughter

My jr high daughter is a ball full of emotions from school pressure to friend drama; she won’t talk with me much about all life’s details but I was excited to be able to offer her Scout so she can learn more about how to recognize her feelings. It’s also been helpful for me as a parent as well relate with what she is going through and try to communicate differently with her about it

Great New App!

This app goes along way to simplify and support youth and families in mental health resilience. I wish this existed when I was that age. These resources are really needed and it’s great it’s make by a known healthcare organization.
