I purchased 4 shadow cameras. The photo quality is very impressive. I did have a issue with one camera connecting. I texted the number on the website and within hours I had a phone call from customer support trying to troubleshoot the problem. The guy that called me was extremely nice and helpful. After a attempts troubleshooting the customer service rep offered to have the cameras mailed back so it could be fixed or a new one sent to me. I received a return label in my email and I am shipping the camera tomorrow. I am very impressed with this company and look forward to changing all my camera over this company not only for the quality of photos but the customer service!

The developers have fixed everything I commented on below. Might be one or two nit picky items on the overall configurability of the camera, but not enough to detract from the overall work here. Nicely done!Love the app! ————————————————Previous Comments: Nice start - needs a ton of UX/UI work.The basic premise of managing and using your field cameras is pretty straight forward. Provide the camera config options on the app, allow for synchronizing, manage the cell data, view content. The app does a decent job of this; however it’s a nightmare using the interface. In light or dark mode, the contrast on the context menus is so light you can’t make out the words. In order to see what you have to type in on the signup screen you ya e to error each line out then a red explanation pops up telling you what to enter. Automated registration is clunky and doesn’t allow any user control. It’s best to use manual. Saves headaches and hassles. Overall, the app does the basics, but the UX/UI is hideous.

The Scoutek scouting App is so easy to navigate and command requests sent to the App have always gone through flawlessly. Really appreciate the OTA firmware update option right from the App. In the past I’ve owned other brands that require ypu to go to the camera directly with preloaded firmware on an SD card, which defeats the purpose of the cell cam in my opinion. Overall, I highly recommend this App for all yput scouting needs! Scotty and the boys at Scoutek will always respond if you have any in-field issues as well with great customer support!

I want report the Great customer service I’ve received from the folks a SCOUTEK I use there data plan and have purchased cameras from them as well. First class on both. I recently had a new camera purchased from SCOUTEK that wasn’t working to my or there standards. Sent it back to them and instead of keeping it until they found the problem and being in the middle Whitetail deer season they just sent me a New one with there apologies. You have to admit that’s very rare these days. Keep up the Great service SCOUTEK. Joe N. From WV
