.sb3 Files Don't Work, Please Fix The Bug

Serious bug with saving changes to projects

The first time you save a project to disk it works fine, however if you make any updates and try to save the changes it will not save to the original file. It will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing file but won't actually do it. The date-modified timestamp of the project file doesn't change any any updates are lost.

Great job

I really like this because It works well anytime I try to save a project I just download it to my computer and upload to scratch when I want to publish it
