Turn your device’s display into a simple light panel with no on-screen distraction. You can easily adjust to any color on the fly. Made for iPhone and iPad screens, this app is perfect as:

→ Basic studio light panel (either as accent light or soft fill light in macro photography)
→ Light table / lightbox (for drawing, tracing, animation, reviewing film negatives, radiographs, etc.)
→ Color-picker
→ Reference for color-matching
→ Night light / flashlight
→ Red light for night strolling / star-gazing / darkroom
→ Beacon and visual signal
→ Mood light
→ so much more.

Additionally, you can unlock our in-app purchase for the following:
→ Precision sliders for white balance to get the perfect warm or cool color temperature with adjustable magenta or green tints, as well as the more common hue / saturation / brightness, red / green / blue and HEX values.
→ Save as many color swatches as you want for later use.
→ Go bigger with your TV or external display. Using AirPlay or a cable connection, control a larger light panel directly from the app.

More then what I was looking for

I actually wanted a simpler app but this app is great. I rarely give 5 stars but all other competing apps don't come close.

Not so good for tracing?

Perhaps it is just me, but I wanted to use as a light table to trace an image placed on it. However, since the screen is touch based, when I go to draw, it engages the controls. Is there a way to lock the screen from touch input?

Developer Response ,

Yes you can certainly use as a light table!
Double-tap on the main screen and turn off the Swipe toggle—this will lock any color changes.
Then you can use the Disable Touch on the main screen to prevent touch inputs.

Great design, and does exactly what I need it to: I use it as a reading light before bed 😄
