Not good for videos!

The photos works fine, but the videos do not! It randomly turned the videos upside down and kept pausing- which made the sound of the videos sound like a bad disco remix. Save yourself the money and get something else. We tried to troubleshoot, but it was to no avail.

IPhone 13 problems - disappointing results

Am I supposed to be impressed that the developer responded to my post!? How ridiculous to ask every person here that is complaining about this app, “ Did you encounter any problems?” YES, nearly every review describes a problem. I am not using the app and can’t get refunded. I don’t have time to mess with mess with, nor do I want to send more information to a unidentified party for support right now so I will keep watching a few of these reviews that received the same response and see if they continue to get scammed.

Took forever to set up. My Samsung would not recognize my phone through normal network setting so was led to a screen to download “Smart View for Samsung” which is apparently obsolete and no longer in the app store for IOS devices. Researched several “Smart View” apps and this seemed to have the best success with Samsung. While the video cast works, with a little finagling, the quality is not optimal the audio only plays on my phone. The TV is a 4k ultra HD so recent enough that this shouldn’t be an issue. Any suggestions!? I did not see any info in the help section to address this and now have a lifetime subscription that is worth about 1/3 of what I paid for what I am getting.

Not bad at all

The app works great for screen mirroring in my 32” Phillips Roku TV. Although I did not realize that it doesn’t carry the audio of the online videos (which makes it useless in my case) I wanted to stream online movies through this app, but audio does not carry through the tv. Am I doing something wrong? Or will it only carry the audio through videos saved in camera roll?

Settings and instructions within the app sadly did not help me figure anything out. Deleted the app however will download if it’s resolved

Do NOT BUY

Do Not buy this app it is absolutely horrible, i purchased it by mistake. Notice there is no contact information about where the company is located, who to contact or what country they are in. Apple tells me they cannot refund my money, but won't provide a reason why. I suspect this company is in a country where they cannot reverse the charge. I believe this was related to Roku, but anyway the program does not work well and Apple CSR admitted that it is quite unusual to not have name, contact and other information in the App Store which I will add is probably a violation of consumer protection laws on Apples part. It's a good thing they so control and take care of their app sale site.

Misnamed app

This app does not mirror my iPhone’s screen. It displays photos and videos from my camera’s memory on my Roku TV. It will also send a URL to my TV so the TV goes out to the Internet and plays the videos (but only from certain sites). That’s not mirroring, that’s casting.

Another problem is that the description in the App Store doesn’t tell you what you get for paying for a premium subscription. The prices range from reasonable to outlandish.

I give it two stars because it does do something, but it does not do what its name says it does.

Didn’t work for me, waste of money

I’ve reached out to the developers through the ambiguous “contact us” - paid for the premium version because my kid and I were on vacation trying to watch things. Said it works with the tv that they had and yet… it didn’t. $22 down the drain with zero response from customer service after 3 days. I want my money back and am going to delete this crappy app from my phone. Irritated, frustrated, and feel like it was a bait and switch with the cost and it not working because I hadn’t paid. So I pay and still nothing. I do not recommend.

No customer service response

I misunderstood and thought this app would “mirror” like other options but it’s only for your own photos or videos. It will not stream the video trainings I bought it for. I tried to double check via built in customer service prompts, in case I’m missing something. No response to 4 attempts. I’ve requested a refund. I cannot find a phone number so there’s only an undisclosed email from the app to reach the company.

If you want to stream any content other than your own photos or video, don’t get this! If you want a company that supports the customer, don’t buy this.

Why no iOS? Frustrating!

I was so excited to get a Fire TV television, I got a smaller one for my bedroom and a big one for our living room. I selected screen mirroring on the TV and opened the screen mirroring app on my iPhone 11. I made sure both the tv and the phone are connected to the same WiFi network. I waited and waited for the app to recognize my shiny new tv and.................. nothing. Why in the world would you create any tv or other device that is not compatible with iOS devices?! Please resolve your issues and make all the functions your buyers paid for accessible to all your buyers!

Didn’t work, no refund, no support

Downloaded this app to work with our Toyota rear entertainment. Had to make a purchase selection so I bought the lifetime. App didn’t work so I clicked on ‘App Support’ which redirects to their Facebook page. Sent a message to them, which I can see that someone read it, but they never responded.

Don’t download this app unless you already know for a fact it will work for your application. Or maybe don’t download it at all since there doesn’t seem to be any support for it.

yes, I am wearing a tinfoil hat. I do not use facebook and your support is only available through facebook. so, I am left with the review.
yesterday, in haste to try the app, I inadvertently subscribed RATHER than use a trial--- which does not work for me. app is in my phone but not under subscriptions and I cannot find a way to cancel. Apple Support stated that I need to go through the developer. So--
I do not want to write a negative review and want only to cancel subscription and be refunded the amount charged.
