Am I supposed to be impressed that the developer responded to my post!? How ridiculous to ask every person here that is complaining about this app, “ Did you encounter any problems?” YES, nearly every review describes a problem. I am not using the app and can’t get refunded. I don’t have time to mess with mess with, nor do I want to send more information to a unidentified party for support right now so I will keep watching a few of these reviews that received the same response and see if they continue to get scammed.
Took forever to set up. My Samsung would not recognize my phone through normal network setting so was led to a screen to download “Smart View for Samsung” which is apparently obsolete and no longer in the app store for IOS devices. Researched several “Smart View” apps and this seemed to have the best success with Samsung. While the video cast works, with a little finagling, the quality is not optimal the audio only plays on my phone. The TV is a 4k ultra HD so recent enough that this shouldn’t be an issue. Any suggestions!? I did not see any info in the help section to address this and now have a lifetime subscription that is worth about 1/3 of what I paid for what I am getting.
