Screen Time Parental Control helps parents manage their children’s screen time and app usage. Set time limits, block apps during bedtime, reward them for chores and more.
Kids who have a smartphone spend an average of 7.5 hours on their devices per day. Screen Time was developed to help parents get their children to put their phones down and engage in outdoor activities, family chats at the dinner table, concentrate on their homework, and get a good night’s sleep.

The free version of Screen Time arms parents with information about their children's’ smartphone and tablet usage. With the free version of our screen time tracker, you are able to:

▪ Monitor your kids’ screen time
▪ View app usage - See which apps are being used and for how long
▪ Receive a notification when your kids try to install a new app
▪ Receive a daily summary of your kids app and web usage

If you decide you need to proactively manage your children's’ screen time on iPhone or iPad, our Premium version of our app gives parents greater control over their kids’ devices.

With Screen Time Premium, you can:

▪ Set a specific daily time limit for your kids’ screen time
▪ Set schedules of when they can and can’t use their device
▪ Instantly pause your kids’ devices at the push of a button
▪ Block certain app activity during bedtime
▪ See exactly where your children are with GPS phone location tracking
▪ Get an alert when your child arrives or leaves a specific location
▪ Receive a daily email summary of your kids app and web usage
▪ Set tasks and chores for your kids to complete, allowing them to earn additional screen time when they’re done
▪ Use Free Play mode to temporarily override time limit settings, like during long trips
▪ Share app management with other adults in your kids’ lives
▪ Have up to 5 devices per account, so you can track multiple kids and devices

All new users will get a 7 day free trial of the Premium version of Screen Time. No credit card information is needed for this free trial, and you will not be automatically charged unless you decide to sign up for a membership.

Tricky setup. Too many requirements.

As a parent, I gave this app way more opportunities than I should have. After installing, even though the app had full control of my sons iPad it didn’t actually monitor his screen time. There would be times it worked and times it didn’t. Like I had it set to stop his activity after an 1 hour 30 minutes. He wound be on it for hours longer and then I would get an email saying his usage for the day was 0 minutes. I’m glad I wasted on money on this app to delete it and pay for a more user friendly one. 🙄

Love this

Works like a charm with our androids. I can pause her access any time, like when supper is ready, or we need to do chores, or she broke a rule. I set up several time blocks, so she can’t access her phone during school hours except to text me, and that it does work when she rides the bus, and when she has homework. Calling is always permitted, in the event of an emergency. With the monthly fee, I track where she is, like to determine how far away the bus is, or if she is playing at her friend’s house like she is supposed to be doing, or if they disappear to the swimming hole. I can block any particular app at any time. The only negative is that the web site tracking app only works with marshmallow or [something else] which we don’t have. She is probably too young to have a phone, but with this app I can control how and when she uses it.

Can y’all fix the web site tracking?

Developer Response ,

Thanks for reaching out. The web history works on all Android versions actually but search history doesn't work on Android Marshmallow (Android 6) and higher versions. Sorry of there was any confusion. Feel free to contact if you have any questions or require further assistance. Thank you.

It’s been working well for me for several years

I got this a while ago because my kids wanted to use their fire tablets outside of kids mode. It’s honestly worked really well with few problems on their tablets. It’s not much for “real time” but I’m able to see day to day usage, block the tablet and really caps the time on there for my kids. It’s not easy to turn off from the kids devices. The workaround I found was to change the setting on my phone and then have them reboot, works every time.
