squirrels on bird feeder busted!

I wanted a cheap time-lapse camera to monitor our bird feeder, which was being raided by squirrels. I launched the built-in Photo Booth app, pointed the (MacBook Pro) built-in camera at the feeder, and used Screen Timelapse Lite to record what Photo Booth saw. (I also had to plug in the laptop, disable sleeping & screen timeout, and turn off sticky alerts.)
The parameters for timing are counter-intuitive. I set "Time Interval" to 1 second, "Frames per Second" to 30 seconds (could they mean "seconds per frame??); the message above these settings correctly said "1 hour recording will be 120 s". In QuickTime video playing, I can replay this between half speed (4 minutes) and double speed (1 minute).

First video was broken but following videos worked

When you hit "save as video", there is a progress bar on the app icon. Make sure you let it finish.
