Screw Sort Puzzle™-Cube Jam 3D 12+

I knew I wanted a screw puzzle game so I downloaded several and tried them all. Most of them glitch in some way, like if you remove a piece and it can’t fall it gets stuck until you turn the board upside down….or maybe they can only rotate from left to right and not up and down…or maybe there are two shades of pink or blue that are so close together it causes you to lose lives.

This game has none of those problems. It’s worked out all the glitches AND it gives you an option to play in a layered 2 dimensional mode, as well as a 3 dimensional mode. There’s no time limit on the puzzles so you can take as long as you like, and there are objects that you can win (or purchase of course) to make your life easier, such as drills for extra slots, or hammers to shatter pieces that are in the way.

I like it enough that I purchased the No Ads option, and I’m very happy with it. Many times I’ll download a game but not keep it. I’m keeping this one around. If I want to race, I can enter a race and I use the 2d mode, but if I want a puzzle I use 3D and take my time. It’s perfect because it has both options.

This used to be a really fun game to play and I got pretty good at it and most the time I only have to use two toolboxes to pass. With that said the developer has now updated the game to where it hides the colors that you need at the very end of the puzzle which forces you to spend your coin or watch ads. The game now also will give you a toolbox of the same color. You just previously cleared two or three times in a row leaving you stuck so then you watch an ad or you use your coin and then you clear a couple toolboxes and then it happens all over again, so by the time you get to the purchase of the fourth toolbox, you get stuck again and have to use your boosts. There was one level. I did all four toolboxes up on the board all different colors, and the only color that was on the outside of the globe was green and the four colors I needed were at the very center. This happens level after level after level and it is frustrating that you did this to the game because this game was fun funny and the graphics awesome I’ll still play it just not as much as I used to

I’ve exhausted my interest in playing this game. While I have enjoyed it, I am seeking to delete to redirect my attention and energy towards more useful activities for how to spend my time. Sometimes enough is enough.

I noticed that removing the app does not delete your information. I followed the directions to delete my account via the app’s settings. A new window pops up displaying the “Account Deletion Policy.” In that same window it includes a link to the full policy, along with a checklist of disclaimer warnings regarding what account deletion entails.

HOWEVER, I find it very strange that the “delete” button under this section is not even functional; which makes me wonder if it is intentional. Also, the checkbox field that starts with “I have read the “Account Deletion Policy”…. is also not functional. The only button you can select is “Cancel”. This defeats the entire purpose of having this section. I even tried clicking on the actual policy and retrying my steps. Essentially it is impossible to delete via this process, and I find that rather disconcerting. Hence the 3 star rating.
