Scriba is a great tool to learn Latin. It features :

- Lewis and Short's Latin-English dictionary
(5000 entries in the free version, more than 50 000 in the full version)
- declensions and conjugations of all the entries
- a Latin word parser
- Allen and Greenough's New Latin Grammar
- an English-Latin lexicon (free version) - Smith & Hall's English-Latin Dictionary (full version)
- full text search in Lewis and Short's Latin dictionary
- a Document reader which allows you to look up words in the database
- Flashcards to learn new words

Great but Incomplete

Lists all the properties of words, e.g. their declensions, conjugations, and shows the inflection of words in each of their cases. However, some vocabularies cannot be looked up in the dictionary.

Best of the Latin Dictionaries for Apple Devices

With the demise of SPQR support, Scriba is a worthy successor. Has inflected form search, English-> Latin search, declension and conjugation info, has the Lewis & Short as a basis, and a number of other nice features. I've run it on iPhone, iPad, and iMac (M1). The only real complaint I have is that you cannot copy/paste from the dictionary. And when switching the search method, it clears the search term.

No support contact. Bug on macOS.

It works fine on iOS. The desktop version doesn't: cannot click "Analysis" tab. Very annoying that the so-called Support web page has no email address or any actual support available.
