Do you and your family have healthy digital habits? Insight is the first step to behavior change! The SCRIIN app shows the balance between screen time and physical activity. The app keeps track of how many steps you take, how many minutes are exercise, and your total movement time. It also shows your screen time and how many times and where you pick up your mobile. You can choose what you want to track, set personal goals, and be reminded to take a move break or put away your smartphone for a while.
By creating a group in the app, the whole family can share their results and inspire or challenge each other to achieve a healthy digital balance. Maybe it’s dad who is the family’s couch potato and mom who has most difficulties putting away the phone?
SCRIIN uses the Health app to retrieve information about your physical activity.
