More than just a workout app

I've been following Josh and Alessandra since 2019. I've done their training programs, online coaching, and now the SDE app. Each time I need motivation or help with programming I find myself coming back to their work because it is sustainable and I get amazing results that last every time.
The app itself has been worth every penny. You have access to multiple training programs that are updated every month and the ability to switch between them any time if you need to adjust your training days. I love that they've included so many resources to make your life better overall. I'm currently making my way through the book recommendations and have not been disappointed. Definitely worth trying it out for a few months to see for yourself 💪🏼💪🏼
