App will not open
So frustrated. After last update to the app, I can no longer open the app it crashes every time I try to log on. I did my results awhile back and I’m afraid if I delete and re-download it, then I won’t be able to recover my data. Can’t report it as an issue with the store because for some reason it tells me that I have no purchase for the app to file issue with. I’m stuck without access to my test data now and no clue how to get it again.
Cool test not
I’m having the same issues bought mine in April 2020 this Is now October 2020 I have called them left message e mailed there help desk and nothing take your money and run type company No results here yet
Zero stars i bought mine back at the very beginning of the pandemic April 2020 i still have not gotten anything then they give you the run around phone numbers emails name changed to another company bought mine thru noom
11 months and still no results
I received an email last December 2020 stating that I would have my results by January 2021. I reached out again in September 2021 and received a message that they were backed up due to the pandemic but will process my sample soon. That was almost 2 months ago. It should also be noted that the company has changed their name during this time. When I submitted my sample, it was Orig3n.
