First of all, with this new service, I now need to go to my job location at least 45 minutes earlier now. It used to be 30 minutes with the old way of checking in, but this “ time Saver” is a piece of crap! I didn’t think they could make it worse but they did! I didn’t want this new service, but they told me If I wanted to work, I have to pay for it. These companies extort money out of us self-employed contractors. Most think that these companies they represent pay for all these fees, while they do not. I pay over $1000 these services & they know nothing about me and holds a lot of my personal information hostage. This is worse than a union. Reminds me how the mafia used to run things,! They give you no choice, you pay these companies a substantial fee in order to work, even though they have no association with you and know nothing about what you do and what is required of ourselves.

How is this company still running? This is extortion! How is this legal? What a joke! It just shows you how the top brass at all this “non profit “ hospitals know nothing and I’m sure they’re getting a kickback in some form from these companies!!! No wonder healthcare is failing us!

This app and this company are absolutely awful. They increased their annual subscription fee to vendors (which we are FORCED to pay in order to access our hospitals in order to do our jobs) and justified the increase by sending all vendors this “upgraded technology to improve the credentialing process and expedite account access.” Total garbage. This vendor credentialing agency and others like it, are no different than the mob, shaking down business owners that live on their block, in order for them to be able to do business each day. Us vendors, we have to pay this sham company hundreds of dollars each year, or we can’t work—period. I literally hate this company. They provide zero, and I mean ZERO, value to me or any other vendor and yet I’m paying approximately $300/yr for their “service.” Part of me respects your CEO’s genius but the overwhelming majority of me literally loathes him—and this BS app.

When time came to renew my subscription right in the middle of Covid I asked why the price went up ~$50. The representative from Secure told me that we now need this new badge which offers no benefits to us the sales representatives. I asked if I can opt out of it for a lesser price and they told me no it is mandatory. I asked since we have not been going into hospitals during the entire Covid process are we getting refunded some of our money since we have not been using their services....of course the answer was no. This is the other Vendor companies are all shams and are they are just a shake us down.
