Don’t Trust It

I would never trust this app to keep important passwords, which is good because the last update completely wiped my 30+ notes (many of which were several scroll lengths of pure text) from existence. I understand the need to update apps, but if these guys are so incompetent that they erase all notes (the exact opposite of their apps purpose) then I feel the need to actively deter people from using this app.

First of all we would like to say sorry for all the trouble you have faced due to the sudden loss of Notes issue with Version 3.0 update as we had some programming issue and we are apologise for the same and it was really hard time for us and by working day and night we have resolved the issue in the new version of app with version 3.1 on the Store.

Please update the new version of app without deleting the existing app in your device. And that will get all your Notes back to the app without any problem.

If you find the issue is resolved and working fine in your iOS device with our any issues then please correct your ratings and feedback on AppStore and provide us better ratings and reviews if you think this app deserve it as our developers really did hard work to get all the lost Notes back for you.

6/9/20 update: lost notes restored. THANK YOU!

First, I want to say a huge thank you to the company for the resolution!!! My last review was negative, but read through to know that you’ll be fine if you download this app.

The update that happened around 6/5 with the new design had wiped all of my notes. I lost everything.. *BUT* once I contacted the company, they restored them within 2-3 days. I won’t lie, I was impressed because I thought everything was gone for good. Not sure how I feel about the new layout, but I’m the type that needs to get use to something over time. It’s different than the older ‘model’, but I like it so far.

First of all thanks for using our app and we really appreciate your valuable ratings and feedback. We are continuously working hard and will provide better features in the app with continuous updates as we are growing.

Crashes everytime

I recently downloaded the app and created my first list. Every-time i try to open the app it crashes me out and i’m unable to access it again. I tried reinstalling the app, redid my list but again same issues. Would have been a great app if it actually worked. Disappointed
