Disappointed
A friend of mine turned me on to their website, which is stellar. Great deals and loads of information. I was so looking forward to a great app which would give me all the features of the website in a mobile platform. Didn’t happen. This app is so barebones. No information on trending or error deals. At least they have an app. Now they can improve it.
Run, don’t walk away from this app!
Not sure how this organization can legally operate??? Classic BAIT AND SWITCH. After purchasing my chosen itinerary and pricing I’m informed that the subject airline that is known for “LUV”-ing their customers is offering this deal through Secret Flyer with completely tightened down restrictions. No refund or travel credit if I cancel. No bags fly free. Boarding pass/check in can only be obtained at the counter at airport…and here’s the best part! You’re on STANDBY!! Seriously??? Oh…”but we can get you a confirmed seat if you want to pay another $480. Nope! I’ll take my chances and if I burn the initial airfare paid cuz I can’t get on my flight(s)…lesson learned.
