New Update Issues
Similar to others who have complained about the update, I too am having constant issues. All was fine before thanksgiving. It takes frequent logging out, restarting my phone and even deleting and reloading the app to log in. It’s PAINFUL and it has turned the convenience of the app into a major hassle. Considering how much we pay for this service, this is certainly unacceptable and needs addressed ASAP. I agree that it would be nice to login with fingerprint alone, but if this is the solution, then I’d rather just put my password in every time.
Very disappointed that the app will not notify you of an incoming text unless you are logged in. This is a very disappointing feature if you're trying to communicate with doctors or team members and expecting them to login to check their messages. That likely won't happen. And reduces the likely HIPAA compliance with the app.
Also needs the ability for touch/finger print login. Too cumbersome to type in your login information each time you need to check you messages. It's difficult enough to get doctors to use a new product but nearly impossible if it's not user friendly.
Has potential to be a great solution but not in its current form.
I am a physician. I have tried to use this app but it just doesn’t work. We have had nothing but problems. First it didn’t work. Then it worked for a couple of weeks. Now it doesn’t work again and further now it blocks the secure messages I had coming in to PCC. When we discuss with the company they say we have some kind of “bug” and no one else has this problem. Right. We are paying a lot of money for this service and as far as I am concerned it has never worked. Very unreliable.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
