Very disappointed that the app will not notify you of an incoming text unless you are logged in. This is a very disappointing feature if you're trying to communicate with doctors or team members and expecting them to login to check their messages. That likely won't happen. And reduces the likely HIPAA compliance with the app.

Also needs the ability for touch/finger print login. Too cumbersome to type in your login information each time you need to check you messages. It's difficult enough to get doctors to use a new product but nearly impossible if it's not user friendly.

Has potential to be a great solution but not in its current form.

Notifications and touch unlock fix please

Please spend some time updating this application to make it beneficial. As of now, the inconsistency of notifications and not being able to use the Touch ID to unlock makes this app more of a burden than a tool.

Do not use

This app used to run well. In the past year it’s been terrible. 50% of the time it doesn’t notify me when I have a message which is concerning especially when some of the messages have an urgency. When I type back on the app I can’t see what I’m typing I just have to guess. Also, no face recognition so you have to log in every single time. I am very surprised there have not been any fixes. I have tried to get my nursing facility to stop using it because it is a huge liability if I’m not receiving notifications. Would not recommend.
