Thanks. Went through the flow smoothly!

Ridiculously and unnecessarily complex

Two different accounts for the same ID system. No choice but to enter highly sensitive personal information into TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS to get this done. I would NEVER share this information like this if it didn’t involve my child. And this company KNOWS IT. If my identity gets stolen, this is the first place I will come to investigate where it was stolen.

Use Apple Wallet Instead

I can't login to the app even though I can login to the site with the same credentials. It doesn't even recognize my email and phone number for a reset.

Why is this app even needed? Just issue an id through the Apple Wallet.
