Cannot log in

Had the app working when first installed, however when using touch Id, there appeared a repeatedly asking for touch ID, even if you put your finger on the button. Tried removing and re installing the app, problem appeared the same, looking for a touch id then will stop there and repeats asking for the touch id. So disappointing!

cannot log in

taeng tae kayo sinong gumawa ng app! to whoever made the new app needs more training in apps making! because why does users need to download a different app that labeled as new if the old app can just be updated! also why do we have to re enroll again just to access the new app! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE

Cannot Log In

The app consistently says “we are experiencing a high volume of traffic” whenever trying to login. The backend doesn’t appear to have bandwidth to support the number of users.
