The HQ app provides a modern and easy to use way to keep an eye on your location activity, access critical notifications in real time, manage employee access to your systems, test your systems, and submit service requests for your alarm systems serviced by STANLEY Security - anytime and anywhere!
To get started simply download and install the HQ app on your device and log in using your eServices user credentials. If you don’t already have an account, contact your administrator or the STANLEY Security customer service team to find out how to get an account.
NOTE: Appropriate user level permissions are needed in HQ to enable all features of the application. Contact your administrator to ensure you have the permissions you need.

The Request is Invalid
This new Security HQ app doesn’t work at all. Unable to even get past the acceptance of terms screen as it shows an error of “the request is invalid”.
Tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no success.
This new app is DOA.

Perfect for monitoring Locations
The new and improved HQ is an excellent upgrade. The new app is so easy to use. The home/ dashboard view allows me to easily monitor location activity in a single place. The app is well laid out and very intuitive to use. Other apps drive me bananas as the navigation is not easily understood. HQ solves this with this most recent version.
