Could be better
App definitely works better than the terrible website but is not a very good app. Make it remember my account number at least. It gets very old re-entering my exact same information every month!!
Needs serious improvements
The last time this app was updated was a year ago. Now it hasn’t worked at all in over a week for me. Seems to be the same for others. I don’t always receive the paper bill in the mail so this is the only way I see how much my bill is because the website doesn’t work for me either. You would think in a town continually developing with new and young minds that they would be able to keep an app or at least a website up to date.
