This is an important update! We've added some code to help us troubleshoot an issue that has come up sporadically when submitting service requests. Downloading this latest version will keep your app running smooth and fast. Enjoy!

Version 2.0 is a whole new app! We've gone back to the beginning this time and re-wrote our entire app from scratch, taking advantage of more modern frameworks. Along with significant speed and performance enhancements, you'll also now be able to fully manage your personal account, including: - Updating your email - Uploading/changing your profile image - Changing your screen name - Resetting your password - Management of your address book We've also introduced a full suite of notifications. You can now manage the type of communication you receive as well as how you'd like to receive it. With the inclusion of our new address book, you can now get notifications based on location as well as various categories we've set up. Our app's new Notification Center allows you to keep track of all your inbound messages, including status updates for your submitted service requests. You can also setup message alerts to be delivered via email or PUSH notification - it's all up to you!

Our navigation panel has been completely reworked to give you a better user experience. Icon support has been added as well as collapsible menus. Enjoy!

Happy Independence Day! We fixed a bug that was effecting iOS 6 users. We also fixed a bug on the settings screen. If you are an iOS 6 user, and you're not planning on updating your OS, please download this version. We will NOT be supporting iOS6 in any future releases - this is the last one! Bug Fixes

We’ve fully redesigned the interface for easier, simple navigation. The new layout allows for much more rich content to be incorporated within the app. The new look also included menu items that allow you to submit bug reports directly from the application (should you come across one). Also included in this release are bug fixes related to commenting on reports, attaching media to reports, and some GPS issues related to report creation and editing.
