SeeMusic 4+

This app has completely changed my content for the better! I truely do love the app. All thought i have to open it up and close it a few times to get the best quality, there arent much negative things to say about it.
Some things that could improve are more built in piano sounds and maybe some more note customization.
This app is a solid 4 star for me. Im not sure how creators such as Rousseau or Kassia get their videos to look so good, but this will make you right under them. Great app and would reccomend to ANYONE!

Looking at this app, I though 'wow'! this is just what I've been looking for! Only it didn't come up to par.

First of all the app loads, with both sides WAY off the screen. So I have to shrink it so it fits in my screen. Not a big deal right? Next you click the 'enter' button to open the piano visualization console. As a technically savvy person, (teenager xD) let's just say I was momentarily baffled. The interface is blurry, and more like low-res picture buttons, than actual options like you would expect from an on-screen app. It was hard to figure out which buttons meant which things, and then how to even close the menu, once you had selected the settings that you wanted.

But if the final product is great, I mean hey? It's worth the bother. I plugged my keyboard in through MIDI hookup, and proceeded to play. Only what I was hearing was over a second later than when I had hit the key! I know that it has worked fine for GarageBand on the same Mac, so it's not the MIDI converter, or the port replicator. I've tried it several times and it's the same. It's nearly impossible to play anything when what you're hearing is that far behind.

Let's just say I'm really disappointed. From the look of it, and the reviews, I was honestly expecting something better than this.

So, this software produces beautiful results. Drop in a midi file and it syncs with a wave file. Hook up a camera, and it will record everything. Does the job. However, the interface for this software is not intuitive at all. It feels like something out of the 90's. If it had a modern, intuitive interface it would easily get 5 stars from me.
