Description
Sekigahara Travel Navi is a smartphone app that provides information about the best exploration routes for visiting the many tourist spots and cultural heritage sites that can be found in Sekigahara, Gifu Prefecture.
Select your favorite from the many exploration routes categorized by theme, then collect stamps and experience the history of Sekigahara.
The app also offers offline maps, allowing you to view maps even when there is no network connection.
Use Sekigahara Travel Navi to explore Sekigahara, and discover new charms in this wonderful town.

● This app has a pedometer feature by using "Apple HealthKit". The number of steps of a day is displayed on the top screen (iPad, iPad mini are not supported).
● You can send the destination information to in-vehicle navigation system from your mobile device by using NaviBridge.

Surprisingly good app
Went to Sekigahara for the 2019 festival and stumbled on this app before arriving. Very useful to have all the key points plotted out and two walking tours included. The step counter seems a little strange and it’s hard to access your daily results.
Watch out for site 12...to get to it from 11, Apple and Google Maps will route you to the other side of the mountain which doesn’t have access to the trail or a trail to get to the encampment. It’s better to skip 12, then go to 13 or 14 and then double back.
Recommendations for future content would be adding the other encampments and sites (there are a few more). I’d also recommend adding additional routes using the prefectural guide (in English and Japanese) to add additional walking tours.
