Great support team and makes things much better as long as you are using the app as intended.

Great in theory

Great app in theory, but there are so many was it could be better. 1) You have to have the pro shop add funds for you instead of being able to add your own. 2) Funds are only applicable at the same course you added them at when you should be able to add funds to your account and use them at any participating course. 3) It would be easier to just put a credit card reader on the dispenser for self service than it is to use this app

Facilities decide on accepting credit cards via the app/dispenser. Select Pi is most convenient with credit functionality enabled but it’s an optional feature.
The ability to use a balance at any range is good feedback and we do plan to implement it.

Just want to purchase a basket of practice balls

Only option at machine was to load dollars on app that i will not use today! Just wanted to practice. So I was able to select one bucket thru app, then put card in to pay. Says dispensing but nothing came out. Cc shows pending charge. After watching attendant try to figure out issue for 15 min.., i just left instead of dealing with issue. If min purchase is now $50 dollars, may explain why driving range was empty

The reload of $50 would apply only for range plan use. A single bucket purchase should still be available at the dispenser with a credit card.

Generally when the screen says dispensing and the bucket does not dispense is indicative of an electric component on the dispenser that needs replacing.
