great app, wouldn’t work after first two tries

i loved this app in the short time i could use it. i liked the concept of being able to track moods throughout the day, and find out personalized statistics about you. however, i was so sad this app stopped working the first one or two times i used it. when i would click on the app icon, it would open, then immediately black out. i’ve really tried to make this work, ive changed settings, deleted and redownloaded the app, and restarted my phone multiple times, and tried it with current and earlier updates. if anyone knows how to help me, please do. i’m not the most tech-savvy person in the world, but idk why this is happening🤠

I generally think that this app is really positive and can improve your mental health by allowing you to recognize and reflect on your feelings. It has a list of ways to achieve certain emotions which you brainstormed. I find this helpful, however, I wish it would suggest ways to be happy or content when you input a negative mood, through a pop-up. It is otherwise easy to use and keeps information private through a passcode system. The creators did a wonderful job, I just wish they suggested a way to get out of a negative mindset.

Helps a lot

This is a very good app for seeing how your moods line up and can help you understand any emotional problems you may be having.

My only complaint is that you can't set your own times for it to remind you to check in- you get the option for 8am, 1pm, 8pm, every 24 hours, and every 3 hours. I would prefer to set my own times- otherwise I just remember to check in when I'm angry or sad and that skews the data
