Self Timer
Ratings & Reviews
My two wishes for an update are: for a way maintain the flash settings unchanged until you finish and shut the app off. It is quite time consuming to have to reset the flash to your specs in a shoot to continue to take shots in the same session every time you stop to check the photos and it defaults automatically to the preset.Secondly: A 30 second long timer setting would greatly help everyone who uses this very fine application! Great product!
I decided to leave my Nikon at home on a solo backpacking trip. The timer was easy to use and had enough settings to meet my needs. The ability to take multiple shots was a bonus. I did not notice any focus problems other than normal iPhone issues. A longer delay would be a nice improvement; but the current settings are fine for most everything. Nicely done app!
Please add the support for iphone 5, which has extended screen size and allows volume buttons as alternative shutter. Without this function, can't say it's much better than other free apps.-----------------------------------They have updated the iphone 5 support and included every function i complained about missing. 5 stars great app!
I took pictures with the app and saved them (at least I thought I did) then when retrieving the photos I accidentally took a photo (that I know I didn't save) the only picture that was on my phone was the one I took by mistake (There's a preview box on the bottom left-hand corner of the app that shows a preview of the pictures that you have taken. I could see one of the photos I took but I couldn't retrieve the pictures that wanted off the app just the one I took by mistake?....very frustrating
I use this app regularly. It's ideal for when there is nobody around to snap your picture. The one thing that might improve this product is to offer an in app purchase for a tripod mount. I usually have to prop my phone against something. It would be convenient to have a mount or stand available, when I need one.
This app seems to work well, however, I was surprised that several of my pictures were very out of focus and/or pixelated. The self timer feature removes one from behind the camera, and leaves focus to the app. Why doesn't this work at least as well as the camera app included with the iPad?
